What is included in the price of a serviced office?

Rent, service charge, rates, inclusive of gas, water, electricity, heating, and insurance.

Are telephone line / internet provided?

No, however this can be discussed upon request.

Is furniture provided?

No, however this can be discussed upon request.

Are contracts of a fixed length?

For serviced offices, terms are flexible (minimum 3 month stay), and for non-serviced offices (1500 square foot upwards) minimum lease term 3 years.

Will I receive a parking space?

Spaces are allocated proportionate to the size of space you take.

Are there lifts in the building?

Yes, there are two lifts that serve each floor.

Are there disabled facilities?

Yes, there are two disabled toilets in the building.

Do you offer virtual offices services?

Can I book a meeting room if I am not a tenant?

Yes you can.

How many people can meeting rooms accommodate?

Meeting rooms can accommodate for up to 8 people.
